Job Summary

This role focuses on providing essential 1st and 2nd level remote and on-site IT support within a Windows 11 environment. The specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, prioritizing, classifying, and documenting IT issues in a ticketing system, as well as performing initial problem analysis and resolution. Key tasks also include setting up and dismantling hardware, assisting with IT-related office relocations, and contributing to ongoing projects and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT-related education, significant experience in IT support, and strong knowledge of Windows, Android, iOS, and MS 365.
