Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing on-site support and managing IT infrastructure for a major client, Daimler AG. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and installing PCs, laptops, and printers, ensuring their smooth operation, and preparing workstations. The specialist will also be involved in cabling, supporting the introduction of new systems, and assisting users with technical issues related to client devices. Meticulous documentation of work steps and information management within a ticketing system are key. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a similar field, strong hardware and software knowledge, and proficiency with Windows and Apple devices.
