Job Summary

This role is for an IT Client Support Specialist focusing on providing first-level support for end-users. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network disruptions, and supporting Windows-based systems. Key tasks include setting up and commissioning desktop PCs and laptops, performing IMAC processes, and managing cabling work. The role requires meticulous documentation of all actions in a ticketing system and maintaining inventory and asset data.
