Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to provide crucial onsite second-level support for Windows clients within a leading European IT service company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and documenting tasks in a ticket system, assisting users with daily IT issues and device exchanges, and handling hardware inventory checks. They will also participate in digital migrations and maintain related protocols and asset lists. This position offers excellent working conditions, a stable 40-hour work week, and strong potential for a permanent position with the client. Ideal candidates will have a background in IT system integration or a similar field, possess initial support experience, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

  • Proficient in using Remedy and standard Windows hardware environments
