Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to provide crucial onsite second-level support for Windows clients within a leading European IT service company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and documenting tasks in a ticket system, assisting users with daily IT issues and device exchanges, and handling hardware inventory checks. They will also participate in digital migrations and maintain related protocols and asset lists.
