Job Summary

This role is for a CRM Data Analyst who is passionate about the retail world and seeks diverse tasks with excellent future prospects. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently designing and implementing data mining, visualizations, and analytical reports based on CRM requirements, collaborating with the BI team. They will utilize advanced statistical techniques to develop customer segmentation models and propensity models, forming the basis for key business decisions. A core part of the role involves defining data requirements, extracting, cleaning, and transforming customer data for analysis, modeling, and reporting. The analyst will also create performance reports to measure the development of individual customer segments against targets, and interpret, document, and present analysis results and recommendations to various business units.
