Job Summary

As a Technical Documentation Specialist for Plant Systems, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date inventory plans for railway power lines, 50 Hz systems, and railway power substations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing the digitalization and verification of data records following maintenance, new construction, and renewal projects, and transferring documentation into storage systems like SharePoint. You will also be instrumental in establishing a strategic storage structure and supporting plant operators, project managers, and client representatives with their document storage. Additionally, you will organize and respond to incoming cable and line inquiries and manage property administration.
