Key responsibilities include the time-critical processing, approval, and billing of traffic management orders for road construction sites, utilizing specialized IT software, and conducting on-site inspections to ensure compliance. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte*r) or successfully completed Administrative Course I and II, OR currently participating in Administrative Course II, OR a completed law degree (Bachelor of Laws or 1st State Examination).
Experience
- Professional experience in processing complex administrative matters
- Experience in managing approval and coordination procedures
- Experience with traffic management orders and road construction site regulations is beneficial
