Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and optimizing production approaches on a technical scale, analyzing and interpreting experimental results for process stability, and documenting production trials. You will be instrumental in further developing synthesis specifications and manufacturing processes, evaluating production deviations, and conducting troubleshooting. Additionally, you will contribute to creating safety and quality-relevant documents and risk analyses. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Chemistry, ideally with a focus on organic synthetic chemistry, or a Master's degree with relevant experience, coupled with strong knowledge in organic synthesis.
