Job Summary
This part-time role (40-60%) as a Technical Assistant / Laboratory Specialist offers an exciting opportunity within a renowned chemical/pharmaceutical company in Biberach an der Riß. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting process-controlling analytics, including advanced techniques like HPLC, Biacore, FMA, and SDS-Page. Key duties also involve preparing buffers and reagents, and meticulous document archiving. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in biopharmaceutical laboratories, offering a chance to contribute to a successful team while managing a flexible work schedule that includes occasional weekend and on-call duties. The role requires strong organizational skills, teamwork, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Biology Laboratory Technician, Chemistry Laboratory Technician, or Pharmaceutical Technician; or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Biology Laboratory Technician or Chemistry Laboratory Technician with several years of experience in a biopharmaceutical laboratory
- Alternatively, a completed function-related training such as a Master with long-term relevant professional experience in a biopharmaceutical GMP laboratory environment
- Alternatively, UTA / Pharmaceutical Technician with several years of relevant professional experience in a GMP laboratory environment
- Experience in laboratory work, HPLC, or Biacore is advantageous
- GMP experience is desirable
