Job Summary
This role involves the development of concepts and components for high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems in automotive applications, including their integration and supply within new vehicle architectures. The successful candidate will evaluate concept alternatives with various stakeholders, systematically identify failure points in wiring harnesses, and manage requirements using DOORS. Key responsibilities also include supporting different build stages on-site at customer locations, conducting fault analyses, and implementing optimizations related to packaging, cost savings, and ergonomics. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge automotive technology, present findings to internal and external committees, and continuously develop both professionally and personally within a supportive environment.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent qualification as a certified technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in automotive electrical system development
- Experience with Siemens NX
- Experience with e³ Series
- Practical skills and knowledge in vehicle electrics
