Job Summary

This role is for a Junior Laboratory Technician specializing in microbiology within the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological purity testing of active ingredients, raw materials, intermediate, and finished products, as well as microbiological potency determination of antibiotics and finished pharmaceuticals. Key responsibilities also include preparing and qualifying culture media, qualifying lab equipment, assisting with method validation/transfer, and ensuring GMP-compliant documentation. The position requires a background as a biology laboratory technician or similar, experience in a GMP-regulated environment, and good IT skills.
