Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist to join FERCHAU, a company dedicated to advancing technology solutions for its clients. Day-to-day, you will be the first point of contact for user inquiries from headquarters and various locations, handling the reception, analysis, and processing of these requests. A key part of your responsibility will involve recording, classifying, and resolving or escalating incoming incident reports using a ticketing system. You'll also manage Microsoft Active Directory and perform software installations and client troubleshooting on end devices.
