Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist to join FERCHAU, a company dedicated to advancing technology solutions for its clients. Day-to-day, you will be the first point of contact for user inquiries from headquarters and various locations, handling the reception, analysis, and processing of these requests. A key part of your responsibility will involve recording, classifying, and resolving or escalating incoming incident reports using a ticketing system. You'll also manage Microsoft Active Directory and perform software installations and client troubleshooting on end devices. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to exciting projects for renowned clients, leveraging your expertise in a dynamic team environment.

Education
Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
Experience
- Initial experience in IT support and helpdesk
- Experience with Office 365 environment (desirable)
