Key requirements include a natural sciences degree (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Physics) or equivalent, or a chemical laboratory technician/CTA qualification with several years of professional experience. Experience in chemical development projects is essential, and familiarity with coolant lubricants or metalworking fluids is a distinct advantage.
