Swiss Himmel GmbH is seeking a highly experienced Application Reliability Manager to ensure the operational excellence and high availability (99.9%) of mission-critical enterprise banking systems in Basel. This senior role requires over 12 years of experience and deep functional knowledge across Credit Card, Loan & Leasing Origination, and Debt Collection processes. A key focus will be modernizing and automating business processes using tools like Ansible and Selenium, driving significant business impact. The manager will lead complex legacy-to-modern migrations, oversee IBM infrastructure setup (WebSphere), and drive robust CI/CD and DevOps workflows utilizing Jenkins, Docker, and Azure. This position is particularly attractive for experts combining technical leadership with specific knowledge of critical Swiss banking interfaces (ZEK, QR Bill, SIC 5), security compliance (PCI-DSS, CyberArk), and Agile methodologies (Scrum, ITIL). The successful candidate will mentor teams and ensure security and compliance across all managed applications, making this a pivotal role in the company's IT strategy.
