The City of Ilmenau is seeking a dedicated Digitalization Process Manager to join its Central Control Office, Process Management Department. This role is pivotal in driving the city administration's e-government initiatives, focusing on the strategic implementation and optimization of digital processes. Day-to-day, you will be involved in modeling and streamlining workflows, administering process optimization software, and leading interviews to gather requirements. You will also be responsible for creating project status reports, process documentation, and monitoring.
