This role involves leading the control cabinet manufacturing department and the production of electrical switchgear and components. The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately 20 employees and trainees, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient production through proactive capacity planning. Key responsibilities include overseeing work, safety, and environmental regulations, coordinating new production launches, and optimizing processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed electrical engineering training in control cabinet construction and automation technology, with further training as a Master Electrician or comparable qualification. Trainer aptitude certificate (Ausbildereignung).
Experience
- Professional experience in production management within a company
- Several years of experience in switchgear construction and automation technology
- Experience in the conception, planning, and realization of manufacturing processes
- Leadership experience with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Experience in training and mentoring apprentices
