Job Summary

This role is for an Operations Manager to lead a repair workshop specializing in electric motors and related electrical drive systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all workshop activities, including the repair and maintenance of various electrical machines like fans, pumps, motors, and generators. Key responsibilities also include mechanical adjustments, machine maintenance, winding production and testing, and the disassembly/assembly of electric motors. The position requires a skilled professional with a background in electrical machine construction or drive technology, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure efficient and high-quality workshop operations.
