Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, performing targeted diagnostics to resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues, and meticulously documenting all support cases. The specialist will also train employees on IT systems and software, and collaborate with 2nd Level Support for complex problems. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, experience in 1st Level Support, and proficiency with various operating systems and ticketing tools, coupled with strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach.

Education
Completed IT training, e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable qualification
Experience
