Job Summary

Join Standex Electronics as a Quality Engineer, playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing product and process quality. You'll be responsible for managing customer complaints, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions. This position involves performing initial sample inspections for new components and products, ensuring documentation aligns with VDA/PPAP standards. You will also conduct internal product and process audits, contribute to the continuous development of quality management systems (DIN EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949), and act as a key interface for quality-related matters both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanics, with at least two years of experience in quality or process management within a manufacturing environment.
