Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Support Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including network and printer malfunctions, via phone, email, and ticketing systems. A key aspect of the role involves meticulous documentation of all support cases to ensure high service quality, as well as providing user training on IT systems and software. You will also collaborate closely with 2nd Level Support for complex problems. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT-related vocational training, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or customer service
  • Experience in 1st Level Support is ideal
