This role involves providing crucial coordinating and organizational support to the project development, construction coordination, construction principles, and central procurement and contract management departments. Day-to-day tasks include processing incoming and outgoing mail, managing records, drafting official correspondence, analyzing data in tables and lists, and meticulously organizing meetings and visitor support. The ideal candidate will also control deadlines and prepare presentations as instructed. Required Skills

Education

• Qualification for non-technical administrative service (Group 1, 2nd entry level), preferably in General Administration or State Financial Service, OR • Completed vocational training as Office Communication Clerk, Office Management Clerk, or Administrative Specialist, OR • Comparable completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial field

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative support or office management
  • Experience with data processing programs and software
