Job Summary

As an IT Product Manager for HR IT Core Systems, you will ensure the smooth operation and digitalization of functional requirements from the Lufthansa Group's HR departments. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating and planning changes in the central SAP HCM Core System (PA and PY), creating technical concepts, evaluating solution proposals, and managing master data and payroll customizing. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of HR-IT system processes, defining operational standards, and documenting these processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in managing HR IT applications (SAP HCM), and excellent coordination abilities to advise HR management and users on functional requirements and develop joint solutions.
