This role involves providing essential First and Second Level IT support, ensuring customers receive prompt technical assistance. You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the company's monitoring solutions, as well as deploying Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions for backup, security, and monitoring. Key responsibilities include installing, updating, and configuring both on-premise and cloud-based IT solutions, alongside meticulous IT environment inventory and documentation.
