Job Summary

This role is for an energetic and challenge-loving professional to join Stadtwerke für Rheine as a Control System Engineer for their electricity grid. You will be instrumental in ensuring the IT security of central and decentralized components of the cross-sector network control center. Day-to-day, you'll manage system administration for the central network control system, integrate and develop systems for controlling generation plants, and oversee the planning, construction, and operation of network control technology. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering or IT, with strong knowledge in network and process control technology, and experience in energy grid operations.
