Job Summary
This role involves providing essential back office support for research funding initiatives at Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel. Day-to-day tasks include diligently reviewing and maintaining digital file structures (eAkte D3), ensuring accuracy of research project data in the university's Research Information System (FIS), and managing information within the CRM system (CAS). The successful candidate will also handle document digitization, digital document administration, and general office duties. Key requirements include a completed vocational training in administration or office management, strong organizational skills, proficiency in PC and office software, and excellent database maintenance abilities. This part-time, fixed-term position offers flexible working hours, contributing to the university's vibrant research environment and supporting its scientific community.

- Part-time (19.35 hours/week), fixed-term contract until December 21, 2027. Flexible working hours, ideally distributed over at least 3 working days per week. Must be able to work in Germany.
