Job Summary

This PhD position offers a talented scientist the opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research within the International PhD Programme (IPP) Mainz, focusing on "Molecular Mechanisms in Genome Stability & Gene Regulation." Specifically, the successful candidate will work on a project within the EURECA consortium, investigating the modulation of RNA modification in cancer using synthetic mRNA. The role involves developing immune-silent mRNA formulations to study gain-of-function effects of RNA modification enzymes, aiming to understand their link to cancer cell lines and potentially contribute to new diagnostic and therapeutic tools.
