Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist who will be the first point of contact for IT support within the Contilia Group, serving over 8,000 users. Day-to-day, you'll handle 1st-level support, efficiently resolving IT issues via phone, written communication, remote access, or on-site. You'll analyze and troubleshoot problems, document all interactions in the ITSM system, and proactively keep users informed. A key part of the role involves maintaining solution documentation to continuously improve service quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, experience in a service desk environment, and solid knowledge of client, server, and network technologies.
