Job Summary

The Project Finance Manager will join the team overseeing the massive, multi-year transformation of Roche's strategic headquarters in Basel. This crucial infrastructure project involves the demolition of older buildings and the construction of state-of-the-art facilities, defining new standards for the site. Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on financial control and administration for the construction project. This includes initiating purchase requests, verifying and approving invoices via Mybuy, managing personnel mobilization, controlling time reports, and supporting the processing and financing of change orders. The role requires strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and the ability to independently manage structured tasks, including maintaining the cost management tool (Control) and creating expenditure plans. Candidates must possess a commercial qualification, preferably in finance or accounting, combined with at least two years of relevant professional experience. Excellent communication skills and fluency in both German (C1) and English are essential for success in this dynamic, high-impact environment within a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Education

Commercial qualification/degree (Kaufmännischer Abschluss), preferably with a focus on Finance or Accounting.

Experience
