The successful candidate will provide essential technical support and consultation to customers and colleagues via phone and video calls, diagnose issues, recommend spare parts, and guide remote system commissioning. This position is ideal for an Electrical Master or Electrical Technician, or a motivated career changer with a strong technical background and experience in technical support or customer service. Required Skills
