Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the quality and efficiency of semiconductor and microchip production processes. Day-to-day, you will analyze and evaluate process deviations, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective measures to maintain high production standards. A key part of the role is performing statistical process control and data evaluation, contributing to continuous improvement through experiments and process optimization. You will also be responsible for supporting new team members, facilitating knowledge transfer, and assisting with the requalification and commissioning of manufacturing equipment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Microtechnologist, Production Technologist, Electronics Technician for Microtechnology, or comparable qualification
Experience
- • Initial experience in semiconductor or microtechnology is advantageous
Languages
Additional
- Ability to work in a continuous 8-hour shift system (2 early, 2 late, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off)
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
