Job Summary
This role is perfect for a customer-focused IT professional passionate about solving technical problems and supporting users. Day-to-day, you'll be the first point of contact for software and hardware issues, expertly resolving them via remote access, prioritizing and documenting all incidents in a ticketing system. When issues require further attention, you'll seamlessly escalate them to higher-level support units while monitoring ticket progress against service-level agreements. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining and updating the knowledge base, ensuring smooth information exchange within the team.
