Job Summary

This role involves contributing to key-ready building construction projects by preparing cost estimates in collaboration with the calculation department. You will be responsible for developing execution plans based on design plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. A significant part of the job includes tendering and awarding subcontractor services, as well as providing specialized construction supervision for electrical and HVAC systems. The position requires close coordination with all construction project stakeholders and active participation in a planning team.
