Job Summary

This role involves establishing and developing innovative Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HVAC/MEP) concepts for residential and church building projects. You will act as a key advisor to the calculation department and project management during planning phases, specializing in cost estimation for HVAC/MEP trades in feasibility studies and project developments. Your responsibilities include reviewing and optimizing specifications from external planners and coordinating closely with the architectural planning department for HVAC/MEP designs across various project phases. The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree or similar qualification, coupled with proven experience in planning and managing complex HVAC/MEP projects and developing cost-effective initial concepts for turnkey construction projects.
