Job Summary
This role involves shaping the future of Regensburg by contributing to significant urban development projects, specifically focusing on renewable energy integration. As a Renewable Energy Engineer, you will be instrumental in overseeing the technical implementation of large-scale projects, such as the innovative Prinz-Leopold-Kaserne district, ensuring its energy supply is entirely from renewable sources without fossil fuels. Your day-to-day will include project management, quality control, and acceptance of work from external partners, as well as providing expert advice on procurement for various renewable technologies. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor or Diplom [Univ.]/Master) in Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable relevant field. Additional qualifications in Renewable Energies are desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in urban development projects
- Experience in construction (above-ground or underground) is advantageous
- Administrative experience is advantageous
