Job Summary
This role is for an Onsite IT Support Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for all on-site IT issues for customers and employees. The specialist will be responsible for hands-on problem-solving, including installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges directly at the workstation. They will collaborate closely with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams to ensure smooth IT operations, document solutions, create user guides, and assist with IT projects and rollouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented approach, thriving in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional development.
