Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support professional focused on the central monitoring and operation of enterprise customer networks within a data center environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining server and storage systems, managing and documenting incidents via a ticketing system, providing 2nd level support for Windows Server and Intel-based hardware, coordinating hardware repairs with manufacturers, and executing projects like data migrations and storage capacity expansions. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT-related vocational training or equivalent experience, practical experience with server system setup and operation in a data center, and familiarity with Intel-based server hardware.
