This role is for an SMD Technologist focused on precision in series production, based in Kölleda. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and optimizing process parameters for various soldering techniques, including reflow, selective, and wave soldering. Key duties involve selecting appropriate materials like solder pastes and stencils, programming and operating pick-and-place machines (e.g., Fuji, Mimot), and preparing and post-processing PCBs with SMD and THT components. The position also requires training machine operators, participating in continuous improvement processes, and performing minor maintenance on production equipment.
