Job Summary

This 18-month graduate program, PROMO, is designed for aspiring M&E Managers with a focus on building services for logistics and industrial construction projects across Germany. Participants will support the design, planning, and cost estimation of technical building systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary - HVAC & Sanitary), coordinate external planning services, and manage the tendering, awarding, and procurement of subcontractor services for these trades. The role involves advising construction teams and occasional site presence. The program offers extensive training, mentorship, and workshops, providing a structured entry into project management within a dynamic international construction environment.
