Job Summary

This role is for a detail-oriented Lab Business Support Specialist to provide crucial administrative and technical assistance within a dynamic pharmaceutical research environment. Day-to-day, you will focus on supporting complex lab computer systems, particularly Global EM (Environmental Monitoring Software), by managing data and sample changes, maintaining master data, and handling user accounts and role assignments. A key aspect of the role involves assisting with the creation of GMP documents and work instructions, as well as the evaluation of complex data.
