Job Summary

This Service Technician role involves providing crucial technical support to customers and representatives, focusing on the analysis, documentation, and efficient resolution of error messages. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries via a ticketing system, independently performing commissioning, modernizations, and maintenance on meter and current transformer test equipment both nationally and internationally.
