Job Summary
This role is for an Onsite IT Technician in Frankfurt am Main, working with a specialized and growing IT consulting firm focused on information and communication technology services. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes, creating technical documentation within a ticketing system, and providing 1st and 2nd level support to end-users both onsite and remotely. Key responsibilities also include software installation and troubleshooting end-user devices. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, IT Customer Service Representative, IT Service Technician, IT System Salesperson, or Information Electronics Technician) or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Professional experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
- Experience in end-user support (1st and 2nd Level)
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driving license
