Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Agent in Stuttgart, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external users, tackling diverse technical challenges and resolving complex IT issues. Your day-to-day will involve handling 1st-level incidents related to mobile devices, client hardware, and software, performing troubleshooting, and documenting all activities in the internal ticketing system. You'll also contribute to various IT projects aimed at enhancing the system landscape and install client software using Matrix 42.
