Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be the frontline support for client systems and end devices, providing crucial 2nd level on-site and field service. Your daily tasks will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing hardware installations and replacements, handling warranty claims, and ensuring data recovery. You'll also be responsible for documenting all activities within a ticketing system. This role offers the opportunity to work with a nationwide service provider, supporting a major industrial group, and provides individual development opportunities, flat hierarchies, and predictable working hours, with a strong potential for long-term employment and direct takeover by the client.

Completed vocational training in IT or comparable experience

Experience

  • Professional experience in a 2nd level support environment
  • Experience in troubleshooting and fault rectification of hardware and software
  • Experience with hardware commissioning
