Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician specializing in rollout and field service tasks within the greater Berlin area. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for handling IT support tickets, including incidents, service requests, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and break-fix issues. A key part of the job involves providing in-person user support, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, performing installations at workstations, and managing complete IT relocations. You will also contribute to various IT projects and ensure the operational readiness of devices like desktops, notebooks, tablets, iPhones, multimedia equipment, and mobile handheld scanners. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Windows client operating systems (specifically Windows 10), hardware and software, rollouts, and direct user support, along with knowledge of administering Windows workstations and laptops equipped with Microsoft Office O365.
