Job Summary
This role is for an IT Technician to join a Field Service Team within a law firm in Frankfurt am Main. The primary focus of this position is providing end-user support, which involves managing incoming IT support tickets from acceptance to documentation, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and instructing users on hardware and software usage. You will also be responsible for the setup, relocation, and dismantling of IT workstations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician) or similar qualification.

- • Experience with common client peripheral devices such as printers or headsets
