Job Summary

This role involves leading and organizing the chemistry laboratory within the Conservation and Restoration program at Potsdam University of Applied Sciences. The successful candidate will conduct scientific analyses to assess historical and modern materials, using instrumental analytical methods, and provide scientific support for object and project work in teaching and research. A key aspect of the position is the accompanying instruction of students in laboratory work, measurement techniques, microchemical techniques, and health and safety. The role also includes acquiring and managing third-party funded projects.
