Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support for a leading European IT service provider's end customer, Daimler. Day-to-day, you'll manage individual service requests, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues on client systems, and assisting users with mobile devices (iOS and Android). Key responsibilities also include analyzing and resolving network problems and performing on-site installations, relocations, and configurations of PCs, notebooks, and printers. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent knowledge of standard hardware and MS Office.
