This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for a leading European IT service provider, assisting clients within a 50km radius of Nuremberg. Day-to-day tasks include managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and incident tickets for various devices like desktops, notebooks, and thin clients. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, replacing, and commissioning new and replacement hardware, as well as supporting users with technical queries and resolving service requests via ticketing systems. The position also involves participating in IT rollouts and providing direct onsite support to customers. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or comparable qualification
